We offer a fully managed payroll facility for business in the SME sector. Payroll can be tailored made to fit your business. Whether it's weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly or a combination of the above, including executive payrolls, we can cater for your requirements.
Online Portal & Dashboard
Employers and employees will have access to a dashboard through our online portal in order to retrieve pay slips, annual documentation, holiday entitlements and reports. Far more secure than email or having hard copies of pay slips lying around on desks.
Reporting to Revenue
With the advent of PAYE Modernisation we offer direct online reporting of pay and deductions to Revenue for each employee every pay period on a live basis. We ensure that you keep your information and reporting & filing obligations maintained and remain fully compliant with Revenue.
All of our online facilities are fully secure, encrypted and comply with the current GDPR legislation. Your payroll data is subject to secure back up in the cloud.
There is no need to email time sheets through unsecure email servers. We can cloud share with your own provider. So you can leave your timesheets or instructions in your Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive or whichever and we will set up sharing.
Paying Your Employees
We have various options available. We can just send you pay slips if you are happy to deal with it from there. Or if you don't need to see the payslips, which we can transmit directly to the portal, we can send you through a payment summary for you to make your payments by whatever method you choose. Alternatively we can create a bank import file for you that supports multiple bank file formats.
Contracts of Employment
By law, every employee should be given written Terms of Employment within 7 days of taking up their employment with you and a Contract once taken on permanently. We can provide you with Contracts of Employment and a Company Handbook tailored made to your business, trade and profession. As well as covering all statutory requirements we can adapt it to meet your own special requirements.
